What is your returns policy?

 

If you wish to return a purchase please inform us by contacting us HERE with your order no, the item titles of your purchases and your reason for returning your purchase.

Once we have this information we can raise a returns request and forward you the returns slip for you to add inside your parcel and label to place on your package. PLEASE do not send your parcel back to our warehouse without this returns slip because it will be returned back to you and our refund will be delayed. 

There is no problem returning purchases within 30 days of purchasing your order, so long as the item is received back to us in resaleable condition. 

For all returns we advise you send your item recorded delivery, as we cannot guarantee receipt. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we advise you first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If I return an item, can I exchange it for another size or colour?

 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for returned items. Alternatively what we suggest is that you return your item/s for a refund and then repurchase the item you wish in your preferred size or colour from our online store.
